I get to be the first to comment on this...cool...It hits pretty hard. Nice mix.Love the driving bassline.\Nice groove...very spacey and funky! Vox could use a little more effect maybe.
But it friggin' jams as is bro! Nice work. Where is my umbrella?

I don't know where the lyrics come from inside your head, but they're always a pleasure to read; eerie, and always just barely out of reach, but fascinating. I like the vocals the way they are, it adds to the otherworldly feeling of the track, and the music is icing on the cake. Sweet!!

Nice intro....Soild performance...
Great melody and vox..Little dry at times and maybe a bit of compression on it would bring out the dynamic colors on the vocal changes. The layers are wicked good..Great job!

ok... I think I now know what the sound of Rustling Silk is (in the intro and outro) Whoosh!
I love how I can't tell what stuff is.... is that a dirty guitar or a synth.... is that a real bass or something synthetic? Drums or programming? I dunno... but it kicks all sorts of booty.
Great vox, Good jobs guys.

I love these lyrics. Who wrote them? I have to admit I'm getting to be quite the Rustling Silk fan. I think you two have hit on a unique sound that's just not heard much here these days. It's a combination of good writing, excellent music, Spike's complete vocal package that is so him and just plain imaginative music making. Please take this as more than the usual kudos given in commments here...I really like what you do...very, very much.

I actually like the vocals, nice and upfront, maybe a touch of slapback delay might have been a nice effect but reverb wise it makes you sit up and take notice, too many people (myself included) drown their music in reverb to it's detriment. I like the lofiness of the synth and gritty guitar sounds, it suits the tone of the song. The drums are very present and compliment the music well. The bass has a solid, driving riff. All round good work, up there with Curveball and the rest, a worthy piece of work.

This is my fav to date!
I love all the synth attributes & the power you have encorporated.
Vocals are definitly your best to date & they sit so well in the mix - no overpowering but really strong!
The guitar & bass parts are weaving their way around perfectly keeping everything moving nicely & the performance really tight.
This is a great show guys & you have reallly pulled a rabbit out the hat here!

I know these songs are going to have that "something special" and this is no exception. Great "feel" to it, there's a kind of edge to the song and an air of anticipation and tension - performed and executed to perfection. Unique style - excellent job!
